(NACD). With the help of our Responsible Distribution Process Policies,
we are committed to continuous improvement.
On June 23, 1999, an independent third party audit of all our management systems took place at our corporate office. On September 30, 1999,
Chem-Materials Company received certification from SAIC showing compliance with NACD codes for our management systems.
On September 16th, 2003, our Chicago warehouse was audited by the outside firm of Parker & Associates and was certified to be in full compliance with NACD’s guidelines for Responsible Distribution Process Verification (RDPV), renewing our certification established in 1999.
